Focus Rollerball Blend

Keep this handy to stay sharp and on-task throughout your day.

Ingredients:

  • 10 ml rollerball bottle
  • 5 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
  • 5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
  • Carrier Oil (Jojoba or Fractionated Coconut Oil)

Instructions:

  1. Add the essential oils to the rollerball bottle.
  2. Fill the rest of the bottle with your carrier oil.
  3. Secure the lid and gently shake to mix. Roll on your wrists or temples as needed.

Calming Room Spray

Create a peaceful atmosphere to unwind after a long day.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz spray bottle
  • 10-15 drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • Witch Hazel or Vodka (to help oils disperse)
  • Distilled Water

Instructions:

  1. Add the essential oil and 1 tablespoon of Witch Hazel to the spray bottle.
  2. Fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water.
  3. Shake well before each use and spritz into the air for a tranquil scent.
